The history of our guilds founding finds it self so full of great trials, triumphs, and heroism that the tale would take us well unto the next dawn my friend!
As so, here the telling shall be pared to the bone. Bereft of the true joys and heartaches that be memories I see. Still it is a charming tale...

The Order of Lightbearers truly hath it's roots in another time and place.

Long ago, on the shard of Pacific, three previosly lone travelers - Thom Hammerblade, the kind Grizzwald, and the brave Abraxxus - met in the spring of the year of our lord nineteen-hundred ninety and eight.
There they discovered the joys and benifits of companionship on Britannia's often less than friendly highways.They ranged far and wide, exploring and honing their skills.
Finally the work of building a guild began. Slowly at first, then with greater momentum they toiled. All was well, until one day Thom Hammerblade vanished without a trace from the land.
Mourning the tragic loss of thier comrade Grizzwald and Abraxxus pushed onward. In the end under their inspired leadership "Violent Pasification" was born.They rode forth for adventure my friend, and to battle those who being black of heart and vile of mind, preyed on the fair citizens of Britannia.

Eventualy Thom returned from the Void...
However, he found himself on the shard of Nappa. Incarnated as the shaman He of Many Names, lost and alone he began plans for a new guild to honor the old. Forward he looked with dread. The Followers of Armagedon he knew would not be the end. Just as the night surrenders to the dawn, so the day falls to the Darkness. He saw that in this darkness the land would need a guide to bear the lantern before it and flush the demons from the shadows. From this truth formed the plans for the Lightbearers.

Suddenly through chance and a great blessing, the long seperated comrades were reunited! He met great joy at his return, and felt the friendship that he thought lost forever. Again they rode as one.
It is with their support and labor that The Order of Lightbearers hath come to exist.

Now the adventure truly lies ahead...

And so my friend , that is our tale. I prey ye found it of merit and interest.
I also extend an invitation to pass this way again, drink of our hospitality and fill this hall with stories of thine own.
